You also agree that you have provided a valid e-mail or mailing address for delivery of products purchased from this storefront and that Inside Football cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach the buyer that has failed to update their contact information or made the necessary adjustments to their e-mail settings. 

Product pricing and availability information may be changed or updated without notice. Inside Football and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel subscriptions at its discretion, including, without limitation, if Inside Football believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the business interests of Inside Football and its subsidiaries.

Product Delivery Information

By purchasing this subscription, the subscriber certifies that he/she has provided complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible (nor can we provide refunds) for delivery failures resulting from a subscriber's failure to notify us of address/e-mail delivery changes; a subscriber that removes themselves (purposely or inadvertently) from our mailing list; a subscriber who uses a corporate e-mail account that prohibits the receipt of bulk e-mails; mail that is damaged, delayed or lost by the U.S. Postal Service; mail that is stolen or misplaced; a subscriber that provides an incomplete or incorrect address; mail delayed by a holiday, labor disruption, postal handling error, or act of nature; rejected/refused mail; a subscriber who fails to notify us of any address changes; or e-mail that a subscriber deletes. 

It is the subscriber's responsibility to notify us if he/she does not receive an electronically transmitted or hard copy issue within 30 days of the issue's estimated mail date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All refunds must be submitted in writing and can only be issued to the subscriber of record and for any unsent issues remaining. To request a refund, contact us at admin@insidefootball.com. Refunds will be processed within ten business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
